We are looking for a new Assistant Lead Instructor to join our team in September 2024. This exciting post would suit someone who already has some instructor qualifications and experience of the outdoor industry and is open to anyone who wants to share their faith whilst living in a faith-based community and serving a Christian charity.

This is a two year development post, which is designed to grow the holders’ qualifications, personal water skills, management skills and Christian witness.
Their main responsibility day-to-day is to assist in directing quality water and land based activities for the centre.
This role is subject to a Genuine Occupational Requirement (GOR) that the successful applicant is a Christian; satisfactory references and an Enhanced DBS Check and; the right to work in the UK. Overseas applicants are welcome to apply through Time for God or, if a German national, through GVS. The live-in element of the job means that the person will nurture the community of faith and witness, which is the core of the Trust’s activities.
