Charlie re-joins the team as Ops Manager, leading the onboard programme delivery. Before joining us Charlie trained in teaching and worked in a Special Educational Needs school.
While at home he enjoys cycling, running, paddleboarding and playing the guitar.
Charlie is an RYA Powerboat & Safety Boat Instructor, Paddlesport level 1 coach and holds a two-star award in canoe and kayak.
