Joy is part of the galley team serving up tasty meals and scrummy cake.

Joy has previously worked in both catering and schools and has a passion for both. It’s no surprise that she’s very excited to now combine the two at FACT. She loves welcoming people to the ship with a cuppa and a piece of cake.

It's not all about cooking for Joy though. She has been involved in boats all her life, having previously lived on one as a youngster, and enjoys sailing with her family.

Joy holds a Food Hygiene certificate and is First Aid trained.
