Keagan Barr, centre instructor. Keagan has just finished a gap year course at a christian music college, Nexus. With a passion for both sailing and music he is working towards a dinghy instructors and holds an GNAS archery award.

James Cresswell , centre instructor. James has a dinghy instructors and holds a GNAS archery award. James has interests in many sports, and in particular sailing! After his year at FACT, James is going to Swansea university to study Maths. |

Chris Cotterill, bosun. A full time member of the team, Chris maintains the fleet as well leading the activities onboard. Chis is working towards his SI award and holds his RYA Instructor (Dinghy) & Powerboat Instructor wards along with GNAS archery and climbing tickets. |

Andrew Eastham,
chief executive /principal. Andrew looks after the running of the trust, and its' development. He's an RYA Coach/Assessor, Powerboat Trainer, First Aid Trainer and holds an ECC Climbing Wall & GNAS Archery Supervisor Award. |

David Hillyer, funding director. After many years of running the trust, David is now looking at the funding side to enable new developments. David's priorities are fund raising, marketing, admin, legislation and publicity. He's a magistrate, and in his spare time chairs a local respite care trust.

Mary Hope, administrator. Mary works in the office and looks after the booking admin, correspondence, accounting and lots more. She and her family, who lived in Tollesbury, have been involved with FACT for 20 years. |

Edward Ireson, centre instructor. Ed is a keen sailors, of dinghies and yachts, who is taking some time out of studying engineering to be part of the team |

Tom Johnston, centre instructor. Tom joined the team initially to work on the Plain Kate refurbishment. Having enjoyed spending time down on the marsh he has decided to have a break from the construction industry - Tom has hung up his tools for his sailing kit. Tom will be involved with some of the main-tenance. |

ChoHye Lee , assistant chef. Cho Hye is majoring in trade at university in Korea, but is take a year out to join the FACT team. She enjoy watching drama and movie. Also enjoy listening music. |

Katie McLeish , centre instructor. Katie has just finished her A levels and is spending a year at FACT before going to university to study music. She loves playing her various instruments and also enjoys drama and dancing as well as sailing. She is working towards her dinghy instructors and holds a GNAS archery award.

Pip Nunns, lead instructor. Pippa studied Philosophy and Theology before deciding to get out of the library and back into a boat. She loves the outdoors and working alongside people. Pippa takes a lead on the volunteer side of things as well as being fully involved with our activities. She holds a RYA senior instructor and is qualified in climbing and GNAS archery too |

Mark Smith, head chef. Mark joined the team this year and is looking forward to meeting and feeding all our guests with plenty of delicious delights. Mark has a young family and enjoys windsurfing when he can, and playng a few tunes on his guitar.

Anna White, lead instructor. A full time member of the team, Anna joined FACT after completing a political and social sciences degree at Bangor Uni. She's a keen environmentalist and heads up the educational & youth work elements of our programme. Anna is a qualified RYA dinghy senior instructor, powerboat instructor, safety boat driver, archery (GNAS) & climbing instructor.

Lianne Woodyard, deputy administrator. Lianne has rejoined the team for the rest of the year before going into teaching full time, having recently qualified as a primary school teacher. Lianne works closely with Mary in ensure all the day to day administration goes smoothly.
