Climbing wall

FACT's traversing wall, which is over 18m long, provides challenge and excitement for a whole group – while individuals are never more than a couple of feet off the ground.

It is situated indoors and can be used at any time, allowing flexibility in programming and providing a complement to other activities.

It has a range of routes providing challenge for the beginner to expert. The wall has been designed so that there are easy and harder sections, catering for special needs groups.

The climbing area is also used as a meeting or 'chill out' area, which is popular with youth groups, for evening events, parties and concerts. Adjoining the wall is a games room, that has a number of table top games to keep everyone busy.

The wall is available for hire to local youth groups, when not being used by residential groups.

I would like to enquire further about the climbing wall at FACT.
