Molly rejoins the team after achieving her Corden Bleu Diploma in Culinary Arts. She did a gap year with us in 2013-14 and is now back to keep the galley in ship shape alongside Mark.

Molly can often be found singing in the Galley or snoozing on a yacht. She enjoys knitting along with other arts and crafts but her favourite thing to do is snuggle down with her two dogs, Westie's Charlie and Robbie.

Alongside her Corden Bleu Diploma, and Level 4 CTH Proffessional Culinary Arts she holds her RYA first aid, CIEH Level 2 award in Food Safety in Catering, and a wine tasting certificate.
